Overseas Study Visit

This year, as part of our active business development and efforts to improve our services, we again conducted a U.S. study visit. In addition to the University of Hawaiʻi, we visited retail stores in overseas resort areas. At the University of Hawaiʻi, we particularly visited the Mānoa campus.
The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa is Hawaiʻi's largest and best-known university, with approximately 19,000 students from around 80 countries and all 50 U.S. states.
The university receives approximately USD 330 million in funding from government and companies for research projects and ranks No. 1 in the United States for second-language education research, No. 4 for product-development research based on plant biotechnology, No. 7 for marine research, and No. 10 for astronomy research.
