POSITIONS

Open Positions and Job Descriptions

At present, we are primarily recruiting people who can work at the Narita head office in order to develop core members.

Media Division

Web Coder / Web Designer: 1–2 positions

Responsibilities include planning and operating social media such as Instagram and TikTok, producing web pages, attending meetings, photography, and handling email communications.

Analytics Division

Data Analyst: 1–2 positions

Following manuals, responsibilities include tabulation, data entry, statistical analysis, and qualitative analysis. Meetings and presentations are also conducted when necessary.

Learning Support Division

Learning Support Staff: 1–2 positions

Responsibilities include academic-paper editing, creation of model answers, research, summarization, and writing organization for elementary school through graduate students and working adults.

General Affairs Department

General Affairs / HR Staff: 1 position

Responsibilities include attendance management, operation and review of work rules, payroll calculation, compensation payments, bonus decisions, insurance procedures, and preparation for health examinations.

About Internships

Participation lasts from one week to one month. Recruitment periods are posted on our website as opportunities arise. Please contact us by email for specific job duties.

WORK STYLE

Work Style and Compensation

We have introduced a 6-hour workday system. Compensation varies according to ability, and each department has an incentive program.

Monthly salary ¥200,000–¥350,000 + incentives
Analytics Division
Monthly salary ¥200,000–¥350,000 + incentives
Learning Support Division
Monthly salary ¥180,000–¥350,000 + incentives
General Affairs and Human Resources Department
Monthly salary ¥180,000–¥280,000 + incentives
Part-Time / Temporary
Remote employee: ¥100,000–¥250,000 per month + incentives
On-site employee: ¥1,300–¥2,500 per hour + incentives
Bonuses and Salary Reviews

  • Ages 18 (high school graduate or above) to 30 *Limited to younger applicants for long-term career development

Work Location

  • Head office: Narita City, Chiba Prefecture
  • Registered and part-time employees: work from home available
  • Remote employees may be asked to visit the head office several times a year. Transportation expenses for such visits are fully reimbursed.

Holidays and Leave

  • Full two-day weekend (every Saturday and Sunday), national holidays

Human Resource Development
