We approached the company's in-house solution, including the creation of survey items and analysis. Covariance structure analysis is one of the analysis methods called “multivariate analysis,” which examines hypothetical causal relationships among multiple variables and clarifies the strength of the relationship. The purpose of multivariate analysis is to clarify the causal relationship between objective variables (external criteria) and explanatory variables (internal criteria). Through these efforts, we can discover problematic behaviors within and among organizations and improve them for a better organization.

Activities Initiatives
E-LINE sees contributing to society through our business as an important mission. A portion of our sales goes to charitable causes to help people facing difficult situations around the world.
We are particularly active in donating to UNHCR and other organizations that support reconstruction efforts in areas hit by natural disasters (such as the Noto Peninsula earthquake). In addition, as part of our educational CSR, we volunteer to conduct open classes on web production and statistical analysis for career education at local elementary and junior high schools in Chiba Prefecture.
