Capital Increase — Message from Our Representative Director

Our company has decided, effective February 1, 2021, to strengthen its capital for the creation and expansion of new businesses.
We respectfully announce that we have issued new common shares and increased our capital. Following the increase, our new capital is JPY 20 million. We are deeply grateful that this capital increase was made possible entirely through the support and cooperation of all concerned. Taking this opportunity, all employees will work together with our suppliers and continue improving ourselves so that we can repay your continued patronage.
