(head office: Narita City, Chiba Prefecture; Representative Director: Satoshi Koizumi) hereby announces that at an extraordinary shareholders' meeting held on February 1, 2026, the company resolved to increase capital through the capitalization of retained earnings, raising its capital to JPY 50.8 million.
