Career Talk by a Working Professional — Kashiwa Municipal Fourth Junior High School “Career Professionals Speak” - Kashiwa Municipal No. 4 Junior High School

Career Talk by a Working Professional Conducted at Kashiwa Municipal Fourth Junior High School [October 7, 2025]

On October 7, 2025, E-LINE delivered a 'Career Talk by a Working Professional' for first- and second-year students at Kashiwa Municipal Fourth Junior High School as part of its career-education program. In the afternoon session, drawing on our practical business experience, we introduced concrete examples of the rewards of work, the importance of continuing to learn, and ways to connect regional challenges with business. It was particularly impressive to see the students drawn into the talk and listening with serious expressions.

E-LINE continues initiatives that apply knowledge gained through businesses such as data analysis, regional projects, and academic support to next-generation learning and career choices. Through this talk, we were able to convey how everyday learning expands future options, the enjoyment of tackling problems as a team, and the process of turning one's interests and strengths into value for society.

We sincerely thank everyone at Kashiwa Municipal Fourth Junior High School for providing this opportunity. E-LINE will continue working with schools, local governments, and regional companies to create career-education opportunities that connect real-world work with learning.

We sincerely hope that this experience helps each student become more aware of their own abilities and interests and serves as an opportunity to think more deeply about the future. Alongside our contribution to the local community, E-LINE will continue supporting the growth of children who will shape future society by providing younger generations with practical skills in educational settings. The participating students were full of talent and enthusiasm, and we are very excited about their future.
We would also like to express our deep gratitude to the homeroom teachers, principal, and vice principal for their tremendous support in carrying out this program.
