Outreach Class Conducted at Azuma Junior High School, Narita City [November 7, 2025]

On November 7, 2025, E-LINE Co., Ltd. conducted an outreach class at Azuma Junior High School in Narita City on the themes of data analysis and web development. Through hands-on activities, we shared expertise from our daily work on creating effective websites based on data and on safe, accurate information communication.

Lesson Objectives
Understand the basic structure of the internet together with how numbers and data are collected and used
Interpret familiar data and use it to consider the structure and presentation of an effective web page
Experience the first steps toward using data as evidence to express and communicate one's own ideas on the web while observing information ethics


How the Students Participated
　Students discussed screen layouts and wording within their groups, saying things such as, 'This headline seems more likely to get clicks' and 'This arrangement makes the graph easier to understand,' and made improvements from both data and design perspectives. When they reflected their own edited text and layouts, comments such as 'It really looks like a website!' and 'This makes it easier to read!' could be heard, and the students appeared to enjoy the moment when data interpretation connected with web development. In post-class reflections, many students also offered positive comments such as, 'I want to look carefully at the numbers before posting information' and 'I want to communicate information with evidence rather than just by feeling.'

　We sincerely thank the principal, vice principal, and teachers who supported advance coordination and operation on the day. Working alongside educators who are actively developing ICT education and information-literacy skills was also a valuable learning experience for us.
