Web and Landing-Page Development Support for GOOD SMILE Co., Ltd.

E-LINE Co., Ltd. recently launched a new locally focused web-development site called Webnosuke Through this service, we created the corporate website and landing page for GOOD SMILE Co., Ltd., a company based in Narita City, Chiba Prefecture. Because recruitment information is important to the company, its website plays a major role as a 'pre-application confirmation tool.' As the public face that earns job seekers' trust, the site needed a design that combined a sense of substance with approachability.

The site consists of five pages including the home page, is optimized for smartphones, and includes basic SEO measures. The design is simple yet dynamic, with the primary recruitment target of people in their twenties and thirties in mind. Interactive features such as profile photos that 'make you smile' were especially well received by applicants and contributed to an actual increase in applications from younger people.

In developing the site, We were strongly inspired by the enthusiasm and positive attitude of President Tanabe and the other project representatives. They approached even small adjustments sincerely, and hearing at the end that they 'wanted a long-term relationship' was extremely encouraging to us as creators.

After launch, we have continued supporting the company with additional production of a landing page for the Mobara branch and ongoing aftercare. The greatest result has been building a relationship in which the client can consult us freely without hesitation, and we look forward to maintaining a long-term partnership for future branch expansion and updates when staff members are added.
