Sakura Education Portal Development Project
　This project aimed to go beyond simply providing information and serve as an 'education platform' that increases motivation to learn and strengthens connections with parents and the local community. From the planning stage, we adopted the concept of 'a website that is easy for anyone to understand and can be loved for years,' paying close attention to design, system development, and information architecture.

For the design, we adopted soft color tones and intuitive navigation so children can learn with a sense of reassurance. Font sizes and color schemes incorporate universal-design considerations, creating a layout that is easy to view for parents and a broad range of age groups in the community.



　For the system itself, we emphasized scalability and ease of operation. Event announcements, curriculum introductions, document-download functions, and related features were integrated into the CMS, simplifying updates and enabling administrators to publish the latest information quickly. The design also takes the diversity of users into account through multilingual support and optimized smartphone display.

From a data-analysis perspective, we also introduced mechanisms for understanding user access patterns and needs. This enables continuous collection of quantitative data that can be used to improve educational programs and public-relations activities.

E-LINE maintains an integrated in-house structure covering planning, design, development, operational support, and data analysis. The Kids Sakura College website project is a case in which these strengths were fully utilized, contributing to digitalization in education and stronger ties with the local community.
