| Cancellations |
As a general rule, no cancellation fee is charged for cancellations made before work begins. For cancellations after work has begun, we determine individually whether a refund is available and the amount of any refund after deducting costs already incurred for work in progress, planning, research, design, production, analysis, meetings, external arrangements, material purchases, advertising preparation, and related activities. For cancellations after work has begun, as a general guideline the maximum amount eligible for refund is 30% of the amount received. If a refund is due, it will be transferred to the account you designate within 30 days. |
| Returns & Refunds |
Because our services involve production, research, analysis, editing, and other work tailored to each client’s request, specifications, materials, data, and objectives, returns or refunds for client convenience after delivery are generally not accepted. However, if there is an obvious defect, error, or discrepancy from the agreed delivery conditions attributable to us, we will review the matter and provide corrections free of charge only when notified within seven days after delivery. |
| Revision Support |
If a delivered item contains typographical errors, obvious factual entry errors, configuration errors, calculation errors, or discrepancies from specifications or conditions agreed in advance, please contact us within seven days after delivery.
